Find a pickup point
Pick up your parcel at a pickup point of choice
Use the tracking link to redirect an eligible shipment to an offered pickup location. Cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be redirected.
If redirection is available, select it through the tracking link in your notification. Only locations offered for that shipment can be selected.
Cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be redirected to a pickup location. A shipment delivered directly to a pickup location is held for three working days; for a parcel locker, follow the 72-hour deadline in the notification.
